Details

- We fund only real estate secured loans
- There are no pre-payment penalties for paying off our loan early
- 1st mortgages real estate secured properties
- The construction draws are planned out before we close the loan so there is no confusion as to how draws will be given and approved. Interest is charged on money drawn out, not money still held in escrow
- We have lower rates for most commercial properties and can close without an appraisal
- Land loans are welcome as well
